According to Kellbie Outfitters
The Kellbie Bag is built to face whatever is thrown at it head-on and perform, giving you the peace of mind that your gear is safe while enjoying your adventure.
From 420D all the way to 840D. Our special ballistic weave is designed to protect you from all elements.
All Kellbie Outfitter bags are specially designed to be resistant to the effects of ultraviolet radiation, preventing fading and sun damage.
Beat the heat and the cold. Our bags hold up just as well in freezing temperatures as they do in hot temperatures.
Static-free and crease-resistant
Made with state of the art materials, our bags are some of the toughest on the market.
Strong tear resistance
Tight on space? Fold it, flatten it, condense your bag however small you need to. Our static-free and crease resistant will hold up under pressure.
Do we even need to explain this one? Hit the lake already, you’re covered.
Many materials will break down in hot water and steam. Your Kellbie dry bag won’t. Our bags are hydrolysis-resistant to allow you to enjoy that hot spring in the dead of winter.
We don’t recommend letting Fido chew on it but if they do, you’ll be fine. All bags are designed to prevent punctures and tears.
KELLBIE DRY BAG
Kellbie Dry Bag which is made with airtight zippers. Waterproof zippers will block moisture, but shouldn’t be submerged/exposed to water whereas our airtight zipper can be submerged underwater up to fifteen feet.
We produced the Kellbie Dry Bag with high-quality, comfortable, padded straps similar to a backpack. The Kellbie Dry Bag is built to face whatever is thrown at it head-on and perform, giving you the peace of mind that your gear is safe while enjoying your adventure.
We built our bag with style in mind to create a product that could not only be a bag you take with you camping or hiking, but also a bag you can take to work every day, on vacation, to class, etc.
Safety For Planet
We wanted to build the last outdoor bag you’ll ever need to buy, to reduce the amount of waste produced. Every year, 8 million metric tons of plastic end up in our oceans, a figure that could increase by ten-fold over the next ten years if actions are not taken. Furthermore, Americans purchased 139.6 million backpacks in 2013 alone. As outdoor enthusiasts, we experienced firsthand the need to buy new gear year after year and having to have to throw out the old. We care about the environment and our oceans and wanted to make a product that would help reduce our impact.
We’ve spent thousands of dollars over the years on gear that has failed to live up to claims, fallen apart, and left us disappointed. We wanted to build a bag that could stand up to the harshest conditions, from the beating sun and sand of the Sahara Desert to frigid temperatures of Antartica. A bag made with the highest quality of materials that wouldn’t fail when we needed it to perform the most. A bag that was comfortable and stylish enough to not only be a weekend warrior gear bag, but also something we could take to work during the week.
Made With Love
We wanted to build a bag that would last and took our cue from Eddie Bauer; Eddie was one of the first retailers to offer an unconditional guarantee in writing-he was that confident and committed to the quality of his products. And after 50 years in business, he said, “My greatest contribution to the consumer was our 100% unconditional lifetime guarantee. That guarantee was part of what I sold.” Eddie’s philosophy guides us to this day. Every product we sell is designed to be the best and built to last. We sourced the highest quality materials, tested hundreds of prototypes, and sent out bags to some of the harshest conditions around the world before we decided it was ready. We wanted to build a bag that could take a beating for years to come, and still perform like it was day one. Today, we’re confident we have.
