Dying Light’s multiplayer team is helping out on Cyberpunk 2077

Cyberpunk 2077 and Witcher series developer CD Projekt Red has announced a “long-term partnership” with a Canadian studio. Digital Scapes is made up of developers from BioWare, Relic, and Radical, and has also worked with Dying Light developers Techland.

That last detail is what’s most interesting about the new partnership. Digital Scapes’ work with Techland focused on the PvP Invasion mode built into their zombie game, and their LinkedIn page says that they also helped with “Dying Light’s cloud-based online service which allows developers to collect telemetry data and tune the game in real time.”
